Jeffrey Ida is a Founding Principal of The Ida Group at Lee & Associates – San Francisco. He focuses on the sale and lease of Bay Area industrial property for private owners, owner-users and investors, most often 2,000 to 75,000 SF buildings and $1M to $20M sales: owner-user warehouses, yard and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) sites, small-bay multi-tenant buildings and sale-leasebacks.

Jeffrey founded The Ida Group at a national brokerage firm, where he was a First Vice President, and brought the team to Lee & Associates' San Francisco office as a Founding Principal in 2023. Since 2007 the team has closed 144 transactions — 105 sales totaling more than $600 million and 39 leases — including 39 sales to owner-users. The team's notable sales include 1800 Dobbin Dr, San Jose ($20,550,000); 750 Story Rd, San Jose, a 3.9-acre industrial yard ($15,750,000); 2300 Polvorosa Ave, San Leandro, a sale-leaseback ($15,000,000); and 1908–1950 Innes Ave, San Francisco ($7,100,000).

A Bay Area native, Jeffrey is a multi-time recipient of Sales Recognition and National Achievement Awards and was a member of his prior firm's SIA group, reserved for its top brokers.
