Before joining Lee & Associates as a Founding Principal in 2023, Brendan was a Senior Associate at a national firm, where he transacted on about $200 million of investment property totaling more than 1,000,000 SF. His East Bay deals with The Ida Group include the $6,600,000 owner-user sale of 2828 Ford St, Oakland and the 2026 lease of the 23,000 SF building at 2717 Peralta St, Oakland.

Brendan specializes in underwriting and in long-term hold-or-sell strategy for commercial owners, and sees himself as an advisor first and a broker second.
