Doug Ogard joined Lee & Associates in the summer of 2023 as an Associate in the San Francisco office. Doug joined The Ida Group in 2020 after serving as a golf professional at Claremont Country Club for the last 8 years. Doug grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin, but was born in the bay area. He returned and has been living in Oakland, where he now specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial and flex commercial real estate on the San Francisco Peninsula. When Doug is not in the office, he enjoys playing ice hockey, hiking, spending time with family, and of course, golfing.

Michael Pabros joined Lee & Associates in summer of 2023 as an Associate in the San Francisco office. Michael Pabros is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in construction project management and commercial real estate. With expertise in overseeing complex projects from inception to completion. Drawing from his previous role as a Construction Development Manager, Michael is well-versed in managing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating resources. His strong leadership abilities enable him to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Leveraging his extensive industry knowledge, he is pivotal in facilitating successful transactions and providing comprehensive advisory services to clients.

Michael's attention to detail and analytical mindset allows him to conduct thorough market research, identify investment opportunities, and assess the financial feasibility of potential deals. His understanding of property management, leasing, and project management further enhances his ability to provide comprehensive solutions to owners and developers.

Trey Doten is a Market Research Analyst at Lee & Associates San Francisco, supporting the Ida Group’s underwriting and market analysis across Northern California investment sales. A Davis, California native, Trey graduated from UCLA with a degree in Economics, where he served as captain of the men’s water polo team and helped lead the program to two NCAA championships.

His accolades include being a two-time recipient of the Patrick Woepse Award, the Pyramid of Success Award, and recognition through the John Wooden Athletic Fund’s Champions Program — the same discipline and team-first approach he brings to the firm’s research and deal execution.
